Executive site visits - Autumn 2021 update

15 November 2021

In the last few months, EQTEC executives have been able to spend quality time with a range of development and delivery partners in Greece, at the Agrigas 1 plant, in Croatia at the Belišće Market Development Centre (MDC) and in California, visiting multiple sites including North Fork.

The long-awaited trips occurred following Covid 19 travel restrictions, and in the first week without pandemic-related rules preventing travel in the US. More updates to follow soon.

November 2021 - North Fork, California, USA - Focused planning sessions with CEO David Palumbo, COO Jeff Vander Linden and CTO Dr.Yoel Alemán and our partner, resulted in a set of clear steps for accelerating momentum on the project. We look forward to full commissioning of the plant in 2022, to transforming forestry wood waste into power for the local community and to producing biochar that improves soil quality on local farms and which absorbs CO2 from the atmosphere.
